What a pleasure it was to plan and share two days of Carcassonne Wine Excursions for 25 Chevaliers du Tastevin from Los Angeles! In their 22 years of traveling to France every January for the feast day of St. Vincent in Burgundy, this is the first time they added our region, Languedoc–Roussillon, to their itinerary. It was so enjoyable to plan their two-day experience here and share in the fun!

More on the Chevaliers below.) They’ll be here in January for two days, as part of a 10-day tour in France. We’ve built a sumptuous regional itinerary, including some of the best domaines, educational opportunities, historic sites, and restaurants that Languedoc-Roussillon offers.
